horticultural products and the production of table olives, as well as the preparation of
temporarily preserved in salt, brine, sulfur gas, vinegar and other preservatives.
Includes preparations and packaging of perishable fruits and vegetables in
hermetically sealed containers, which contain natural products (salads,
fruits and vegetables, cut and/or peeled), chilled and packaged in
inert atmosphere.
Includes the manufacture of tofu, pickles.
Does not include:
