Higher education

Title: Higher education Includes higher education activities (university and polytechnic) to which they have access individuals qualified with a secondary degree or equivalent and individuals over twenty- three years who, without having the aforementioned qualification, reveal qualifications through provision of evidence. In this education, diplomas can be obtained: short cycle, bachelor's degree, master's degree and doctorate. Includes short-cycle vocational education and training programs at ISCED-P 2011 level 5, higher level vocational education and training programs from ISCED-P 2011, level 6 and level 7 of ISCED-P 2011, educational activities of arts schools with teaching qualifications higher education, as well as higher education establishments of the armed forces and police.
