Justice and judicial activities

Title: Justice activities It comprises the activities carried out within the scope of the respective members’ competences of the Government, as well as the courts (administrative, civil, criminal and military), the administration of justice and the respective administrative services, as well as arbitration of civil actions. Includes the activities of prisons and correctional services aimed at reintegration social (re-education institutions for minors with delinquent behavior, etc.), provided or not in prison establishments. Includes the activity of public prosecutors. Does not include:  Legal consultancy and representation in civil, criminal and other cases, outside the Public Administration (69101);  Activities of notaries (69102);  Civil registration (84111);  Judicial Police (84240);  Prison schools (85);  Prison hospitals (86100);
