Title: Foreign affairs Understands the administration and functioning activities of the Ministry of Business Foreigners (includes activities carried out within the scope of the competences of the respective members of the Government), diplomatic and consular representations abroad or at international organizations, as well as cultural and information activities to be disseminated to beyond national borders. It also includes economic and military cooperation activities with foreign countries or through international organizations, as well as general activities linked to exchanges external (foreign trade, financial, technical issues, etc.). Does not include:  International assistance to refugees, combating disease and hunger (88990);  Activities of diplomatic representations of foreign countries in Portugal (99000);
