Title: Central administration It comprises the activities carried out by State bodies and services, whether in terms of direct administration of the State (service activities integrated into the State legal entity), or indirect administration of the State (activities that contribute to achieving the objectives of the State for services other than this). It includes, in particular, the activities of the Assembly of the Republic, the Council of Ministers, the Office of the Attorney General of the Republic, the Court of Auditors, the Ministry of Defense, Representatives of the Republic in the Autonomous Regions, financial and tax administration, control budgetary, statistical, economic and social planning, carried out at central or peripheral or deconcentrated services.
