Title: Administration of financial markets
It comprises the administration and supervision of financial markets by entities not
public, as well as the activities of stock exchanges, commodity contract exchanges and
of commodity futures contracts, cryptocurrency exchanges and other entities that operate
within the scope of financial market administration.
Includes the activities of market management entities, as well as the operation of systems
of multilateral negotiation.
Does not include:
Energy exchanges for electricity transport or distribution capabilities (35);
Administration of financial markets for insurance and pension funds (66290);
Financial supervision authority for insurance and pension funds (not by the bank
central) (66290);
Financial and market regulation relating to the conduct of companies and the protection of
consumer and other broader financial regulatory activities (84130);
