Includes installation, repair and maintenance activities in buildings or other works
construction, of: elevators, escalators and stair lifts; doors
automatic and revolving, including those resistant to fire and smoke; lightning rod, cleaning system
and vacuum and blinds and awnings; fences, railings, fire escapes and similar in buildings
and other locations; installation of illuminated signs and illuminated or non-illuminated signs; installation and
replacement of locks; installation of automatic systems in buildings, for example, to
open windows and doors; includes installation of equipment for the personal safety of
builders (e.g. safety ropes).
Does not include:
Installation of industrial equipment (33200);
Installation and repair of electrical installations (43210);
Dehumidification of buildings (43420);
Installation of guardrails on roads and highways (43500);
Installation of traffic signs and similar non-electrical signs (43500);
