Includes installation, repair and maintenance activities, including expansions and
changes to: plumbing networks (water, steam, gas and sewage) and their connections to general networks
distribution; pressure (sprinkler) networks for fire fighting and lawn watering;
and fixed sanitary appliances.
Includes the installation of medical gas distribution systems in hospitals.
This subclass is part of the Portuguese Classification of Economic Activities (CAE-Rev.4), used for tax and statistical purposes in Portugal.
