Title: Manufacture of liquid biofuels
Includes the manufacture of biodiesel from new and used vegetable oils, or fats
animals, ethanol from biomass, mixtures of bioethanol and partially ethers
derived from biomass and liquid biofuels, even if the processes use
waste as a production factor.
Does not include:
Manufacture of solid fuels from plant biomass (16260);
Manufacture of ethyl alcohol, except for bioethanol biofuels (20143);
Manufacture of explosives (20591);
