Title: Manufacture of synthetic rubber in primary forms It comprises the manufacture of synthetic and artificial rubber, that is, derived from oils, in forms primary materials or in plates, sheets or strips. It also includes the manufacture of mixtures of synthetic or artificial rubber with natural rubber or natural gums analogous to rubber (e.g.: balata), in primary forms or in plates, sheets or strips. Does not include:  Manufacture of rubber plates, sheets and strips (22120);  Treatment by crushing, cleaning, grinding and pelletizing rubber waste (38215);
