Title: Manufacture of plastic materials in primary forms Includes the manufacture of plastic materials in primary forms (powders, granules, pastes, dispersions, emulsions and solutions) and non-vulcanizable thermoplastic elastomers. Includes, namely, the manufacture of: polymers of ethylene, vinyl acetate, propylene, styrene, vinyl chloride, acrylics; polyacetals, other polyethers and epoxide resins; polyamides, amino resins, alkyd resins, phenolic resins, polyurethanes, silicones and others; polymer-based ion exchangers; silicones. It also includes the manufacturing chemical derivatives of cellulose, such as cellulose acetates (plasticized and not plasticized), cellulose nitrates (including collodions) and others. Includes plastic compounding activities, mixing and combining resins on an already defined, as well as the manufacture of synthetic resins without an already defined base; manufacturing of plastic powders, granules or flakes by compounding or transforming plastic resins into from recovered plastic waste and recycled plastic in flakes or granules plastic from pre-treated plastic waste following recovery operations of materials.
